We do not collect any information about you using the Rock Rats app. Since we don't personally collect any data, we don't share any with anyone else.
Rock Rats uses Apple's Game Center framework for leaderboards and in-game achievements, and it uses Apple's iCloud for synchronizing your in-game progress if you happen to play the game on more than one device. When you make use of those features, you're subject to Apple's privacy policy. Rock Rats is designed to be functional without requiring those services though, so if you want to play without them, that's fine.
If you make backups of your device on a computer or to a cloud service, then information that the Rock Rats app stores on the device will generally be included in such backups. That information includes local high scores for players that have used your device, progress in the game such as the number of asteroids destroyed, and Game Center names and IDs if you play the game while signed on to Game Center.
